TAYLOR Swift has been slammed by exhausted NYPD police officers who are being pushed to their breaking point in the sweltering NYC heat.
Taylor and husband-to-be Travis Kelce, both 36, are getting married on Friday in a massive reception inside the iconic Madison Square Garden, pushing New York City workers to their limits.

The officer told The U.S. Sun that the NYPD is grateful Taylor and Travis donated millions to widows of police officers and firefighters, and is paying part of workers’ overtime payment.
However, cops are still frustrated by the couple’s record-breaking demands.
“It’s the hottest day of the year and everyone’s on overtime with no breaks in the sun,” fumed the officer, whom The U.S. Sun has chosen not to name. “We’re just looking for shade.”
“Everyone’s had to get their own drinks, you’d think they’d hand out beverages to all the workers just because it’s so hot.”

It’s not her fault that there’s a heatwave, but do something for the people who have to be here and work this because you decided to do this.”
The officer also noted the city’s stress during the World Cup and the U.S.’s 250th celebrations.
“We don’t have the personnel to cover everything happening,” the cop said. “That’s why some of us have been working over 24, 30 hours in a row with no breaks.
“It’s a huge inconvenience, not only for us, but for everyone here.
“You can’t get into the Garden, you can’t use the entrances or the streets.”

The NYPD has not responded to The U.S. Sun’s request for immediate comment.

As The U.S. Sun has extensively covered, lovebirds Taylor and Travis celebrated their rehearsal dinner on Thursday night in an intimate celebration at MSG with A-list guests including bridesmaid BFF Selena Gomez, Erin Andrews and even Travis’ Happy Gilmore 2 co-star Adam Sandler.
Friday night’s celebration at the same venue is expected to attract 1,000 guests, and many more fans outside desperate for a glimpse of the bride.
Road closures around MSG are set to begin at 1 pm Friday, with restrictions affecting vehicles, pedestrians and parking.
Access to nearby Penn Station is also restricted throughout Friday at the NYPD’s request.
Security is noticeably tighter at the venue, with police officers combing every inch of the perimeter.

The U.S. Sun spotted more than 100 NYPD officers gathering for a briefing on the nuptials outside MSG on Friday morning.
Meanwhile, NYC is suffering one of the worst heatwaves in recent years, with temperatures soaring past 100 degrees on Friday.
