STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 20-year-old man was stabbed multiple times Monday night during an incident in Port Richmond, police said.
Officers responded around 7:25 p.m. to the intersection of Heberton and Post avenues, where they found the victim with stab wounds throughout the body, according to an NYPD spokesperson.
EMS transported the man in stable condition to Richmond University Medical Center in West Brighton, police said.
No arrests have been made, and police have not identified a motive. The investigation remains ongoing, the NYPD spokesperson said.
